The Railway Arms was situated on Station Approach and was used as a restaurant following closure.

My local in the late 1960’s. Although not a large pub I remember it being popular with us youngsters, well run by the landlord Reg Few and his wife Winnie. After the pub closed it became a restaurant for a while but sadly the building has now been demolished and the site used for a housing development.
