The Woodgrange was situated on Southchurch Avenue and is now used as flats.

In November 1995 Pat Tate, Tony Tucker and Craig Rolfe robbed a dangerous firm of drug dealers from canning town. They were above the woodgrange pub and robbed drugs and guns. It is said that the range rovers murders was revenge for the theft.
